Focus and Scope

The International Journal Law Dynamics Review (IJLDR) is an international journal published by the Nursyam Centre, Indonesia. Since its founding, IJLDR has published a law periodical which contains authoritative and academic articles on legal issues of current importance to academic research and legal practice. IJLDR has national and international readers and authors, and expert reviewers in all countries spread across several continents. This journal also publishes review articles (only for selected or invited authors) that contain critical notes on recently published books.

The aim and scope of this journal is to provide a venue for academic, researchers and practitioners for publishing their original research articles or review articles. IJLDR is available in printed and online version. English is language used in this journal. The articles published overs a broad range of topics in the fields of Constitutional Law, International Law, Criminal Law, Private Law, Human Right Law, Business Law, Administrative Law, Medical Law, Environmental Law, Cyber Law, Military Law.

This journal aims to publish new works with the highest quality in all fields of law, which include but are not limited to the following domains:

Law and Development

The study of law and its development in countries, especially environmental law, human rights, intellectual property rights, Islamic law, notary law, refugee law, customary law, comparative law, the law of the sea, liability corporate social responsibility. If there is an article of good quality and related to law and development, then it is considered to be published.

Legal Policy

The legal policy covers how the state officially makes policy. It also includes principles considered by judges in administering laws that should serve the public interest, fairness, justice, legislation, drafting of laws, criminal justice systems, democracy, local legislation, certain policies, basic law, international human rights standards, and the principles underlying the legal system.

Socio-Legal

Identification in socio-legal studies is not limited to texts but also deepens contexts that cover all processes, for example, from making to implementing laws. This study applies the perspectives of legal studies, including legal sociology, legal anthropology, legal history, psychology and law, judicial political studies, and comparative science.

Law Enforcement

Law enforcement describes the individuals and institutions responsible for enforcing the law and maintaining public order and security. It includes prevention, detection, crime investigation, arrest and detention of individuals suspected of law violating, litigation, capital punishment, dispute resolution, corruption courts, trade courts, and religious courts.
